Four ways to reach us

Pick whichever is easiest. WhatsApp gets the fastest response during the day, usually within a few minutes if we are not on the water. Email is best for detailed inquiries about private charters, weddings, or anything that needs back-and-forth coordination. The form on this page sends straight to our team’s inbox and we treat it the same as a direct email. And if you happen to already be in Cabo San Lucas, you are welcome to stop by the marina, say hi to the crew, and see the catamarans in person before you commit to anything.

During tour departures, usually 7 to 11 AM and 2 to 5 PM, the crew is on the water, so response times stretch a bit. For anything truly urgent, WhatsApp is the way. For everything else, we get back to you the same day. Most of our guests reach out by WhatsApp the day before their tour with last-minute questions, and we handle those in real time.

Send Us a Message

Tell us about your trip

The more you can share with us, the better we can help. Approximate dates, group size, the kind of experience you are hoping for, any special occasions or dietary considerations, all useful. The more context we have up front, the faster we can come back with a real, useful response instead of three rounds of clarifying questions.

Response times: within 2 to 4 hours during business hours, within 24 hours otherwise. For private charters and weddings, we put together a custom proposal within 1 to 2 business days. For group tour bookings (Snorkeling, Sunset, Whale Watching), we can usually confirm availability and lock in your spot the same day you reach out.

What happens after you message us:

1. We read your message and reply with any clarifying questions if needed.
2. We confirm availability for your dates and send you the next steps.
3. For group tours, that means a booking confirmation and a payment link.
4. For private charters and events, that means a custom proposal with pricing, inclusions, and a few options to choose from.
5. Once everything is confirmed, we send a final email with the marina arrival instructions, what to bring, and your captain’s name. Then we see you at Dock F.

Marina Cabo San Lucas · Dock F

Find us on the water

All Sail Baja Adventures tours depart from Dock F at Marina Cabo San Lucas, the main marina in downtown Cabo San Lucas, right at the heart of the bay. Look for the catamarans Zig Zag and Blue Lagoon. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to settle in, meet the crew, hand over IDs if needed, and grab your welcome drink.

The marina itself is one of the most active spots in Cabo San Lucas, surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, and the famous boardwalk. Most downtown hotels are a 10 to 15 minute walk away. If you are staying in the Tourist Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, a taxi or rideshare to the marina takes between 20 and 40 minutes depending on traffic. From San José del Cabo Airport (SJD), expect 25 to 45 minutes by ground transportation.

The best crew on the Blue Lagoon My friend and our daughters enjoyed a fantastic day with Baruc, Cesar, and German. They anticipated our every need and were the best crew. Our lunch was delicious and I would give this trip a 10/10.

Beautiful day on the water Spent a half day on the water while visiting Cabo with family at Christmas. The boat was clean and well maintained. The food and drinks were excellent. Herman and the crew were very attentive and provided everything. Great day of swimming, snorkeling, and whale watching in Cabo. The sunset on board with the whales was amazing. Would repeat and absolutely recommend.

The boat was clean as a whistle and service was top notch. Food and beverages were plentiful and everyone had a great time. Boat was plenty big enough for all of us!

Great for a private yacht charter! Highly recommend! Our villa concierge booked our group of 19 (!!!) a private yacht charter w/ this company. Unfortunately, our original date and time of sailing had to be postponed due to weather and closure of the marina. Luckily they were able to accommodate us the following afternoon. We were taken out on the 'Blue Lagoon" catamaran with captain Jaime, his crew, and bartender German. Amazing service onboard the entire time! We anchored right by the arches and were able to swim to a private beach. -- super cool experience. Unfortunately, two members of our group were not doing so well with the rough waters, and the crew was able to arrange for a water taxi to swoop them up to dry land. After getting back from Baja, the owner was kind of enough to agree to refund us for the extra hour we paid for but did not get to utilize, as well provided a refund for the people who could not join on the new day! Superior experience onboard as well as communication and planning. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a boat charter in Cabo - great for groups! Thank you!!!

Zig Zag Sunset cruise was EXCELLENT Captain Jorge and the team were the BEST. Great service, great snacks and quality beverages. We left marina right on time at 3, went out an got pictures on both sides of the arch as sun was in a position that some angles were better than others. then headed for Chileno Bay to snorkel and paddle board while on way trolling for Mahi Mahi . Heading back for sunset was SPECTACULAR and laying on the netting looking at stars when sun went down was a really cool experience for all on board. We took nothing except an extra sweatshirt (they provide towels, food, beverages, equipment). we have sailed with them twice before but never sunset cruise, this is a new favorite of ours for next visit to Cabo. Great job to everyone at Sail Baja

Zig Zag/Blue Lagoon Just got back home from Cabo, and would like to say spending afternoon on Zig Zag and Blue Lagoon couldn’t have been a better experience. Due to Covid restrictions our group of 23, who had a reservation for Thursday the 24th, had it cancelled as they only allowed 12 people max per boat with new restrictions. The owners were quick to work with us and made it possible on Friday the 25th for us to take out both boats in the afternoon and make our trip happen for family and friends group of 23. Our entire group was able to send group of 17-24 year olds on Zig Zag, while the adults got to go out on the Blue Lagoon. We were all able to link up and snorkel, paddle board, swim and enjoy the ride as we finished watching the sunset over the mountain skyline near the marina. An issue that could have quickly gone bad for us, turned into an even better experience due to Edgar and Karla, who went above and beyond and made it a point for us to have the best experience we could have. The crew on both boats was awesome and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they all had! Definitely a must if in Cabo!

Zig Zag 4-hour private tour Jorge and Jimmy were amazing and accommodating. Best drinks we’ve had in Cabo! Food included ceviche, sandwiches, guacamole, tostadas, etc.—all fresh and delicious. This is the perfect boat for a private group of 8-12 people. We love Zig Zag and will be booking again on our return to Cabo!

Worth every penny and then some Our group have reserved many a private catamarans. This was by far the best. It was so good that we turned around and booked it for the next day. Our captain Jorge was the bomb and crew member Hernan made the best chicken fajitas. From here on out when in Cabo our group will only use Sail Baja. They simply were the best!

Contact FAQ

Quick answers before you write

A few of the questions that come up most often. If yours is not here, send us a message, that is what we are here for.

How do I book a tour with Sail Baja Adventures?

The fastest way is to send us a message through the form on this page or WhatsApp us directly, we typically respond within 2 to 4 hours during business hours. You can also book through our reservations page. For private charters and special events, we recommend reaching out directly so we can build a custom proposal for you.

How far in advance should I book?

For group tours (Snorkeling, Sunset, Whale Watching), 1 to 2 weeks ahead is usually enough, though high season (December through April) and holidays can fill up faster. For private charters and weddings, we recommend 4 to 8 weeks of lead time. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, just message us.

Where exactly do tours depart from?

All Sail Baja Adventures tours depart from Marina Cabo San Lucas, Dock F. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The marina is easy to find from anywhere in Cabo San Lucas, any taxi or rideshare driver knows it. If you are coming from San José del Cabo or the Tourist Corridor, allow 25 to 40 minutes depending on traffic.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. For group tours, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. For private charters, our cancellation policy depends on the size and timing of the booking, we'll go through it in detail when we send your proposal. Weather-related cancellations are always rescheduled or refunded in full.

Do you operate in bad weather?

Cabo is blessed with around 350 days of sunshine a year, so weather rarely affects tours. When it does,; high winds, tropical storms, or unsafe conditions, safety always comes first. We will contact you directly to reschedule or refund. Light overcast or short rain does not stop us, the catamarans are designed for it and our crews know these waters.

Do you speak English?

Yes, our entire crew is bilingual (English/Spanish). Our captains and deckhands all communicate fluently in both languages. The vast majority of our guests are from the US and Canada, so English is the default working language on board.

Can I customize a tour or build a package?

Absolutely. Beyond our standard tours, we build custom experiences all the time, combine snorkeling with a sunset return, add a fishing session, bring your own catering for a special occasion, or charter one of our catamarans privately. Tell us what you have in mind through the form, WhatsApp, or email, and we'll come back with options.

How do I get a quote for a wedding or private event?

Send us a message with the basics, date, group size, type of event, anything specific you have in mind, and we'll send you a custom proposal within 1 to 2 business days. We coordinate with local vendors for catering, florals, photography, officiants and decor, so we can handle as much or as little of the production as you'd like.

Why Book Directly With Us

Skip the booking platforms

You can find Sail Baja Adventures on most of the major Cabo tour booking platforms, and that is totally fine if it is what you prefer. But there are real reasons to come to us directly.

Better pricing. Third-party platforms add a 20 to 30 percent commission on top of the actual tour price. When you book directly, that margin either disappears or comes back to you as a better rate. Either way, more of what you pay goes to the crew and the boats, not to a software company in San Francisco.

Real flexibility. Need to change your departure time? Add a guest at the last minute? Have a specific request about the menu or the route? When you book directly with us, we can handle all of that in a single WhatsApp message. Through a booking platform, those changes turn into a customer service ticket that takes days to resolve.

Direct line to the crew. Once you book, you have a direct contact with the owners or one of our team. If something comes up the night before your tour, you reach a human in Cabo, not a call center halfway across the world.

Custom experiences. Almost everything on this site can be customized for private charters, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. None of that customization is available through standard booking platforms. If you have something specific in mind, you need to talk to us directly.

Ready when you are

Whether you have your trip locked in or you are still in the dreaming phase, we love both kinds of conversations. Drop us a line and let’s get something on the calendar.
