As the situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, we want to assure you that the safety, health, and wellbeing of our guests, crew, and associates remain our number one priority at SAIL BAJA ADVENTURES. We have been closely following and adhering to the guidelines and recommendations issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC); there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 in none of our Boats.
In light of this global emergency and heightened travel restrictions across several countries, including the most recent U.S. travel restriction, we temporarily closed our Nautical Tourism activities on board ZIG ZAG and Blue Lagoon between March 2020 until June, 2020 as part of our continued efforts to mitigate the spread of the virus. We will reopen our service and welcome guests as soon as the local authorities authorize it. At this time, we wanted to reassure you of our continued commitment to work with you through this time.
If you booked a tour with us and made a deposit we will make sure you are fully refunded in case the port remains closed by the date of your tour or if you have any inconvenience and cant make it to your trip due to the sanitary contingency.
